Dubai Waterfront

The Dubai Waterfront is about to become the largest waterfront and the biggest man-made development in the world as well. This project is a accumulation of canals and artificial, man made islands that are going to occupy the last remaining Persian Gulf coastline in Dubai. This place is the most densely inhabited emirate in the United Arab Emirates. The whole area of this Dubai Waterfront include a series of zones, such as, commercial, residential, resort, and amenity zones. The major aim behind this project is to build an exotic location for residents, tourists and different types of businesses in the fastest growing city of the world.

Dubai Waterfront LogoRun project has been taken up by the Dubai Waterfront Company. Foreign investment is always welcome to this project. But the real estate developer of this project, Nakheel Properties already owes 51% of its stake.

The man-made archipelagoes of The Palm, Jebel Ali is shaped in an arc and produce a shelter around it. The project of Dubai Waterfront includes the making of a 75 kilometer long Arabian Canal that will run from the coast into the desert and a major harbor.

The Dubai Waterfront is going to extend Dubaiís coastline at least by 820 kilometers that is at least twelve times the length of its present coastline. The entire coastline consist of 440 square kilometers of water front and land developments which is an area seven times the size of Manhattan, New York in the USA. The place is expected to house around 400,000 people. The Waterfront in Dubai is located near the new Dubai World Central International Airport, so it will be quite easier to have the access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Jebel Ali Abu Dhabi and Freezone. Moreover, the city will be completely accessible on a local and international basis.
