Dubai Festival City is a large area consisting of residential, business and entertainment developments of the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Festival City in Dubai started being built in 2003 under the patronage of the Al-Futtaim Group. The time span for completing this development has been set at 12 years. The project spans 3.8 kilometres of water front on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek and is around 2 kilometers away from Dubai International Airport. In 2006 only the investments in the project had exceeded 3 billion USD.

Dubai Festival City is going to house 15 different communities, each of which has been divided into sub-zones that will be developed according to the demand of the Emirate’s market. The entire project has been endorsed by the Government of Dubai, and has the full support of his highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin. The Dubai Festival City is a 1,600 acre ‘city within a city’ that is being built on the banks of Dubai Creek. The whole settlement comprise of more than 2,500 rooms housed by the hotels, one convention centre, and timeshare resorts along with other facilities, building of which are in the pipeline.
